Mark Rosenfield is an accomplished food industry professional with extensive experience in culinary development and retail deli sales. Currently serving as Vice President of Retail Deli Sales at Reser's Fine Foods since September 2008, Mark has also held the positions of VP of Culinary Development and Mexican Entrees, and Director of Culinary Development for Foodservice and National Accounts. Prior to this, Mark was the Vice President Corporate Executive Chef at Harry's Fresh Foods from September 2003 to August 2008, and earlier in career held the role of Senior Executive Training Chef at Restaurants Unlimited from 1991 to 1995.
