Thor (Thorsten) Wentzek has over 25 years of experience in the food industry, currently serving as Vice President of Salad Operations at Reser's Fine Foods since March 2008. Prior to this role, Thor served as Director of Operations at Harry's Fresh Foods from October 1999 to February 2008, where expertise in operational management was developed and honed.
