Vern Pierce

Vern became a Project Engineer at Capital Reserve Analysts during 2014. Vern’s extensive Engineering background provides a unique range of skills in mathematics, statistics, electronics, and fluid dynamics which allow Capital Reserves to create dynamic models for the physical and financial future of a wide range of clients. Since joining Capital Reserve Analysts, Vern has prepared over 50 Reserve Studies with a focus on High-Rise and Resort clients.
