Juan L. Aparicio Ojea is the Founder & CEO of Reshape Automation, where Juan L. is focused on building the future of manufacturing. Prior to this, Juan was the VP of Products at Rapid Robotics, Inc, working towards creating the world's largest automated workforce. Juan L. also held the role of VP of Product at READY Robotics, where Juan L. led the product strategy and development efforts for the industrial automation platform. With a strong background in robotics and AI, Juan previously served as the Head of Research Group at Siemens, where Juan L. successfully grew the business from scratch. Juan holds a Master's degree in Information and Communications Technologies Engineering and has completed executive education in Product Management.
