Arne van Oosterom

Arne van Oosterom is an accomplished founder, creative facilitator, and leadership coach with extensive experience in training, innovation, and storytelling. Currently, Arne leads Future Skills Academy, focusing on tailor-made training programs while also serving as Associate Creative Director at both Design Thinkers Academy London and DK&A, where the emphasis is on collaborative innovation and market strategies. As Coach & Design Thinking Training Lead at Under Armour, Arne fosters a Design Thinking community. Arne also hosts the Creative Leaders Unplugged Podcast, engaging with transformative leaders, and founded Blue Sky Republic to promote storytelling as a means of connection. Arne holds degrees in Global Marketing and Communication and HBO Communications, among others, and is the founder of the Design Thinking Network, promoting cross-disciplinary collaboration.
