Steven Bosak

Steven Bosak is a partner at reshift, a full-service innovation support firm, and has been involved in innovation consulting and facilitation since 2018 with DesignThinkers Group, which has recently been rebranded as reshift. Steven has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including owning Tenworth LLC, which developed strategies to enhance business outcomes, and serving as Executive Director for the Society for Ecological Restoration, where Steven managed operations and marketing for an international association. Early career roles included positions at Noble Conservation Solutions, Waikato Regional Council, Restore America's Estuaries, and the National Parks Conservation Association, where Steven focused on environmental policy, advocacy, and strategic communications. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy and Management from Yale University and several certifications in design thinking and innovation facilitation.
