Ben Jeffs

Ben Jeffs is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in property management and surveying. Currently serving as the Head of Panel Operations at the Residential Property Surveyors Association since November 2020, Ben previously held the position of Operations Manager at Kennedy Towers, where responsibilities included overseeing the London operation in the short-term rental industry. Earlier roles include Senior Operations Executive and Operations Executive at Airsorted, where Ben focused on process improvement and team supervision. Initial experience in hospitality was gained as a Chalet Host at Powderwhite Ltd, complemented by internships at Ontic, providing exposure to strategic planning and HR operations. Ben holds an MSc in Building Surveying from Northumbria University and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Westminster.
