Aisling Ryan

Aisling Ryan is a Research Fellow at the Administrative Fairness Lab within the University of York, focusing on the connections between administrative fairness and health, including mental health. Concurrently, Aisling serves as a panel member on the Residential Tenancies Board, adjudicating landlord-tenant disputes. A PhD graduate from University College Cork, Aisling's research examined the control of discretionary power in Irish administrative law. Additionally, Aisling has experience as a part-time lecturer in Commercial Law at University College Cork and previously worked as an Associate Solicitor in the Pensions and Charities Law group at Arthur Cox. Aisling holds a Master's in Law from Trinity College Dublin and has completed various legal certifications and training programs.
