Ash Bell

Ash Bell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as the President of ResidentRadius, a position they started in 2022. Prior to that, Ash held various roles at Spruce, including Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) from November 2019 to June 2022. They were also an Advisory Board Member and Board Member at Spruce.

Before their time at Spruce, Ash worked as a Partner at Bell Management and Consulting starting in 2010. They also served as a Board Member at Get Covered from October 2021 to December 2022.

Earlier in their career, Ash held positions at Updater as VP Multifamily and Strategic Partnerships from August 2014 to December 2022, as well as at The Rainmaker Group as VP, Business Development and Partner from February 2010 to July 2014. They also worked at RealPage Inc. as the Director of Student Living from September 2007 to February 2010, and at Intuit as a Strategic Sales Executive from 2001 to 2006.

Ash Bell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ministries from Malone University in the years 1992-1996. In addition, they obtained a North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License from the North Carolina Department of Insurance in 2018.
