Laurent Legris

Laurent Legris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as Global Senior Product Line Director at Resideo since September 2018. In this role, Laurent oversees a $47M R&D budget and more than 500 products across multiple regions, focusing on people development, process improvement, and enhancing product offerings. Prior to Resideo, Laurent held various positions at Honeywell Security and Fire, including Engineering Director and Integration Leader, where significant responsibilities included leading global engineering teams and managing substantial budgets. Laurent's career began as a Firmware Engineer at companies such as Secom and Mindspeed, where expertise in embedded software development was established. Laurent holds a degree in Electrotechnique and Electronique from Ecole supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Electrotechnique et Electronique, graduated in 1998.
