Robert Ryder

Bob Ryder is Resideo’s interim chief financial officer. In this position, Ryder is working with the company’s executive team to deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term while strengthening the organization and positioning Resideo to win in the future. This includes focusing on executing Resideo’s comprehensive operational and financial review, and driving sustainable and profitable growth.

Prior to joining Resideo, Ryder was a senior advisor with the Boston Consulting Group. Ryder previously served as CFO of Constellation Brands where he was instrumental in growing the company's market capitalization from $4 billion to $27 billion. He was the chief financial and administrative officer at IMG, a global sports marketing and media firm, and the CFO at American Greetings. He spent 13 years with PepsiCo in seven roles around the world. In 2014, Ryder was ranked among the top five S&P 500 CFOs by the Wall Street Journal. He also was named the No. 1 CFO in the beverage industry by Institutional Investor magazine in 2015.

Ryder earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Scranton.
