Jason France is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and consulting. As the owner of Elevate Leadership Solutions since March 2022, Jason France focuses on building better leaders through professional development and speaking engagements. Currently serving as a Leadership Development Instructor for Small Business Consulting Corporation, Jason France instructs Air Force Global Strike Command leaders in key leadership principles. With a strong military background, Jason France held senior leadership positions within the United States Air Force, including Command Senior Enlisted Leader for the United States Transportation Command and Command Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Materiel Command. Jason France’s education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management and multiple graduate certificates from Cornell University in areas such as Psychology of Leadership and Change Management. Additionally, Jason France is an avid hiker, having completed solo hikes on major national scenic trails.
