Jody Fletcher

Jody Fletcher is a professional coach with extensive experience in leadership development and mentoring, currently serving as a Professional Coach at e5 Professional Coaching and as a Certified Authentic Leadership Coach at Raleigh Coaching, LLC. Jody has held significant military leadership roles, including Command Master Chief of the II Marine Expeditionary Force and Command Master Chief of the 2D Marine Division, where the focus has been on coaching and mentoring personnel.
