Rachel Gonzales-Vernon

Rachel Gonzales-Vernon serves as the Director of Operations at Resilient Strategies LLC since August 2020. Concurrently, Rachel holds the position of Senior Project Manager and Operations Director at the Chinese Progressive Association, a role commenced in May 2016. Previous experience includes Program and Operations Director at CoFED from September 2014 to August 2016, and Program Officer at the First Nations Development Institute from November 2013 to April 2014. Rachel began their career as a Development Associate at the Asian Pacific Environmental Network, building a grassroots donor program, and also served as a Union Representative at United Healthcare Workers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Studies of Race and Ethnicity from Stanford University and a Master of Arts in Ethnic Studies from Colorado State University.
