Rosa L.

Rosa L. has a diverse background in human resources and management, currently serving as the HR Manager and Contract Coordinator at Resilient Strategies LLC since January 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Account Manager at Benefits Management Corporation and LIFE from September 2015 to January 2022, and an Americorps Member as a Birth and Beyond Home Visitor at Folsom Cordova Community Partnership between September 2014 and August 2015. Rosa also held various positions at the University of California, Davis, including Student Assistant III at the Office of Graduate Studies and Peer Advisor for the Department of Asian American Studies, alongside serving as Administrative Director for the Southeast Asian Furthering Education, Student Recruitment and Retention Center. Rosa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Asian-American Studies and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from UC Davis.
