Bill Billman

Bill Billman is an experienced leader in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Resilient USA since June 2021, where the company provides consulting services with a focus on exceeding client expectations. As President of Billman Oil and Gas Management, LLC since March 2018, Billman has led teams in drilling, production, and decommissioning across various global locations. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Fairways Exploration & Production, COO at Offshore Specialty Fabricators, and Vice President of GOM Operations at Montco Oilfield Contractors. Billman has also served as a production manager for RAAM Global Energy Company and has held various managerial positions in the Gulf Coast region with extensive experience in onshore and offshore production. Bill Billman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum from Oklahoma State University.
