Hans Keener

Hans Keener is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, operations, supply chain management, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Resilinc since November 2021, Hans focuses on supply chain resilience and risk management. Previous roles include Supply Chain Director at Furls Crochet, Independent Consultant at HBK Consulting Partners, and Vice President of Operations at SVP Worldwide, where Hans built service excellence in a global customer service environment. Hans also held leadership positions at Simplicity Creative Group and Hickory Hardware, overseeing substantial teams and budgets.
