Jonathan Grupe serves as the Senior Customer Success Manager at Resilinc since July 2023, focusing on customer adoption and retention in the High Tech Industry. Prior experience includes significant roles at Motorola Solutions from November 2015 to July 2023, where Jonathan held multiple senior management positions in procurement and supply chain risk management, leading global teams and implementing key insights to enhance supplier performance. Prior to that, Jonathan was a Director at Scientific Games, responsible for sourcing management and overseeing manufacturing operations, and had a long tenure at WMS Gaming in various roles that emphasized strategic sourcing and product development. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Operation and Information Management from Northern Illinois University.
