Michael Moloney

Michael Moloney is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in asset finance, mergers and acquisitions, and structured finance. Currently serving as General Manager of Asset Finance and Executive Director at Resimac since February 2018, Michael has overseen a significant digital transformation and the integration of acquired companies. Prior roles include Head of M&A at Resimac and CEO of IA Group, where responsibilities encompassed strategic direction, funding strategy, and market analysis. Michael's extensive career also features key positions at Westpac, St.George Bank, and Commonwealth Bank, focusing on securitisation, client advisory, and financial management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from Queensland University of Technology and professional certifications as a CFA and CPA.
