Jovina Rasiah

Jovina Rasiah serves as the Global Head of Mobility at ResMed since December 2017, where responsibilities include leading global strategy for relocation, tax, and immigration, while partnering with various teams to enhance workforce planning and talent development. Prior experience includes roles at Commonwealth Bank, where Jovina was involved in HR integration and the implementation of mobility management technology, as well as managerial positions in global mobility and tax consulting at IAG, Ernst & Young, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jovina Rasiah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology, complemented by educational experience in Japan.
