Richard T. Sprecher

Richard T. Sprecher, CHA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Richard T. is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Resolute Road Hospitality, a third party hotel management company that operates hotels under various well-known brands. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Development at Meyer Jabara Hotels from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Aimbridge Hospitality as the Vice President of Business Development for over a decade, from 2009 to 2020.

Mr. Sprecher also gained valuable experience at Choice Hotels International, where they served as the Director of Franchise Sales from 1991 to 2008. Prior to that, they held dual roles at Bradbury Suites & Inns, as the Vice President of Development from 1990 to 1991, and as the Director of Operations from 1986 to 1991. Richard T. began their career at Renaissance Hotels as a Rooms Manager in 1985 and worked as a Font Office Manager at Stouffer Hotels in 1984. Mr. Sprecher's work experience showcases their expertise and proficiency in hotel development, business development, franchise sales, and operations management.
