Monica Badillo

Monica Badillo serves as the Emergency Medical Technician Intermediate and EMT Lead for GardaWorld security at Resolution Copper Mine since January 2020. With a long-standing commitment to emergency services, Monica has held key roles including Assistant Chief at Hayden Vol Fire Dept since January 1996, Emergency Medical Technician for the Pinal Rural Fire and Medical District from March 2016 to March 2021, and various positions at ASARCO between August 2007 and September 2020, including First Class Helper and Heavy Equipment Operator. Additionally, Monica served as Mayor of Town Of Hayden from 2002 to 2014. Educational credentials include an Emergency Medical Technician degree from Central Arizona College in 2012 and a certification in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Gila Pueblo Community College.
