Federica Francescon

Federica Francescon is an experienced HR consultant with a diverse background in human resources, training, and coaching. Currently serving as an HR consultant at RESOLVE since May 2020, and as an HR Consultant and Training Manager at ErgonGroup since January 2017, Federica specializes in providing support for HR projects and training interventions across various sectors. Previous experience includes roles as an HR Manager and Consultant in multiple companies focused on training and selection between 2014 and early 2016, and a Sales Trainer at Telecom Italia from 2006 to 2012 where responsibilities included the start-up of new sales channels and agent training. Earlier roles at Telecom Italia between 2001 and 2005 included Call Center Manager, overseeing personnel selection, training, and service quality. Federica holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a degree in Scienze dell'Educazione from Università degli Studi di Padova.
