Rocco Natalicchio

Rocco Natalicchio joined Resolve in 2019. Prior to Resolve, Rocco spent 3 years as a growth equity investor at JMI Equity. While at JMI, Rocco originated, executed, and supported numerous minority and control growth equity investments. His representative experience includes AlertMedia, Axonify, Rsam and Unanet. Prior to JMI, Rocco was an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets in the Mergers & Acquisitions group.

Rocco lives in Baltimore with his wife, Erica, and is on the board of I Am Mentality, a male youth empowerment project. Rocco received a BBA in Finance and Economics, cum laude, from Loyola University Maryland.
