Peggy Wilson, MBA

Peggy Wilson, MBA has extensive experience in program and project management, with a focus on risk management, schedule development, and compliance. Peggy is currently working as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at iSystems Group, inc. Prior to this, Peggy worked at Resolve Tech Solutions as a Project Scheduler/PMO, where they established and built PMO governance and process structures to support multiple migration projects. Peggy also developed risk management strategies and processes to enable mitigation across changing requirements and configurations.

Before their role at Resolve Tech Solutions, Peggy was a Principal Consultant at Longview Technologies, where they supported the development and governance of GAO standards-based processes. Peggy ensured that projects followed SDLC and Agile methodologies and delivered on time and within budgetary constraints.

Peggy's previous experience includes working as a Senior IT Specialist at Attain, where they supported the development and governance of GAO standard-based processes and ensured project compliance with SDLC and Agile methodologies. Peggy also worked as an Assistant Vice President, IT at CITI FINANCIAL, where they oversaw operational metrics and financial reporting for the Information Technology Department, and managed the development of compliance and quality management processes.

Throughout their career, Peggy has demonstrated strong project management skills and expertise in risk management, schedule development, and compliance. Peggy has a comprehensive understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams and executive management.
