Mary Shiffer

Mary Shiffer is an experienced professional in the field of security and customer success management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Resolver, a Kroll Business, since January 2017, Mary has held multiple positions, including Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Engineer. Prior to Resolver, Mary worked at Pinnacle Entertainment from August 2013 to November 2016 as a Security and Surveillance Manager, overseeing security operations for over 1600 team members across 15 properties and managing substantial budgets and surveillance systems. Additionally, from March 2006 to August 2013, Mary held the role of Security/Surveillance Systems Manager at Ameristar Casino, where successful system implementations and process streamlining were achieved. Mary holds an Associate of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Ohlone College.
