Shelby A. Kozak

Shelby A. Kozak is an experienced professional in project management and program implementation, currently serving in this capacity at Resonance since February 2023. Prior to this role, Shelby held the position of Program Management Associate at Fonkoze USA from September 2021 to January 2023, and worked as an Analyst Contractor at The World Bank from March 2020 to September 2021. Shelby's expertise in education programs was further developed during a fellowship with The Fulbright Program in 2019, as well as through a consulting role at TutorABC from January 2016 to January 2019. Shelby holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Regional Studies from Brigham Young University.
