Deborah Liptak, MBA, MSL, currently serves as the Procurement Manager at Resonant Sciences LLC since July 2022. Prior to this role, Deborah worked at the University of Dayton Research Institute from February 2008 to July 2022, concluding as a Retired Senior Buyer and Acting Team Lead. Deborah holds a Master of Studies in Law (MSL) in Government Contracting and Procurement from the University of Dayton School of Law, where studies were completed from August 2019 to August 2022, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dayton MBA Program.
