McIpd Steve Rudd

Steve Rudd, MCIPD, has extensive work experience in human resources. Steve started their career at DeltaRail Group Limited, where they served as a Human Resources Advisor from September 2006 to June 2008, and later as a Human Resources Manager from June 2008 to September 2016. Steve then moved on to Resonate, where they held various positions including Human Resources Manager from September 2016 to December 2017, Head of Employee Engagement from January 2018 to January 2021, and currently serves as the Head of Human Resources.
