Carol Mathews, CHC, is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in concierge and guest services roles. Currently serving as the Lead Concierge at Resort Lifestyle Communities since October 2020, Carol has previously held positions at notable establishments, including Concierge at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club and Guest Services at The Broadmoor. Earlier roles include Concierge at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain and The Boulders, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, as well as an Executive Meeting Specialist and Service Express Agent at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa. Carol's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in History from Arizona State University, an Associate's Degree in Hotel Management from Scottsdale Community College, and completion of the Emerging Leaders Program at Westroc Hotels and Resorts.
