Frankie Fernandes

Frankie Fernandes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of people operations and leadership coaching. In 2015, Frankie started their career as a Customer Experience Associate at Warby Parker. They then moved on to Rockets of Awesome, where Frankie held consecutive roles as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, an EA & People Operations, and a People Operations Manager. In 2018, Frankie joined LoftSmart as the Director of People. From 2020 to 2021, Frankie worked as a People Operations Consultant & Leadership Coach. Currently, Frankie is serving as the Head of People at Imaginary, a position they have held since 2021 and will continue until 2023.

Frankie Fernandes has a diverse education history. In 2006, Frankie attended Houston High School in Germantown, TN and completed their high school education. They then pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Dance at NYU Tisch School of the Arts from 2010 to 2013. Recently, in 2020, Frankie obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Coach from the International Coach Academy. Additionally, in 2021, they completed the Certified Coach Program at the same institution. Frankie also holds a certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, which was obtained in August 2020.
