Michelle Dombek's work experience begins in 1991 as an Implementation Specialist at VERSYSS \ Medsamerica, where they directed Unix system implementations and facilitated data migration and hardware installations. From 1994 to 1999, they founded and served as President of Spreng Training, Inc., where they developed Access reporting interfaces, designed data transfer routines and financial analysis reports, and facilitated the implementation of complex data standardization systems. At NPower Seattle from 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Database Consultant and Training Director, managing over 120 technology projects and consulting with over 50 organizations on their data management needs. As the Principal Database Consultant at Dombek Consulting from 2002 to 2010, they led systems analysis projects for nonprofit clients and developed Microsoft Access applications. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Project Manager at PC Database Solutions, overseeing product enhancements and release rollouts for distributed Access applications. At Finsight, LLC from 2014 to 2016, they served as a Senior Fisheries Information Systems Consultant, acting as a project manager for web-based and handheld fish tracking systems and liaising with state and federal agencies. Since 2016, they have been employed as a Project Manager and Senior Analyst at Resource Data, Inc.
Michelle Dombek received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 1989.
