Michael Sheppard

Michael Sheppard is an accomplished Enterprise Information Technology Architect with extensive experience in systems engineering and IT ecosystem development. Currently serving at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC since November 2018, Michael has been instrumental in scaling the IT infrastructure for a growing user base from 400 to over 1000, including the establishment of Active Directory and integration with Azure/M365. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Senior Systems Engineer for Baltimore County from March 2009 to November 2018, delivering technical solutions for various agencies and honing expertise in system design and administration. Earlier positions include IT Manager at Timberlake Homes, overseeing diverse IT functions, and System Administrator at Bulk Mailing & Addressing, focusing on server management. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, awarded in 2011.
