Jesse Silva

Jesse Silva is the Director of Housing Services. Jesse oversees REACH’s Housing Services since 2006. Jesse is responsible for planning, implementing, controlling, and evaluating all aspects of the department. He provides direct service care alongside staff, and conducts internal staff trainings on crisis awareness, prevention, intervention, and overall safety.
