Swetha worked at Resource Informatics Group, Inc as a Lead Microstrategy Developer in 2019. In this role, they gathered reporting requirements and specifications from the business, performed gap analysis, and implemented star and snowflake schemas to fit reporting and querying requirements.

Prior to that, they worked at Sprint as a Microstrategy Developer/Architect from 2018 to 2019. Here, they gathered reporting requirements and specifications from the business and performed gap analysis for the Performance Management tool used by various departments at Sprint.

From 2015 to 2018, Swetha worked at Avon.
