Grace Boerema

Grace Boerema is an experienced professional in market engagement and community development with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Market Engagement Manager at Resource Innovations since November 2022, Grace has previously held multiple positions at CLEAResult, including Field Manager and Senior Market Outreach Specialist, contributing to the company being recognized as the 144th fastest growing private company in the U.S. Grace's community-focused efforts are evident through leadership roles at Rotary International as Immediate Past President of Aurora, and as Manager of Economic & Workforce Development at Urban League. Grace has also contributed to educational initiatives as Vice President of the PTA at McCarty Elementary School and held marketing roles at Northern Kane Educational Corp. and Morgan Stanley, following a long tenure at Aetna as Regional Director. Grace holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Child Development and Social Work from California State University, Fresno.
