James Monsen

James Monsen is an experienced outreach coordinator with a strong background in energy efficiency and HVAC systems. Currently serving as the Outreach Coordinator for Trade Allies at Resource Innovations since September 2021, James has continued their work from Nexant, where James held a similar role from July 2014 to September 2021. In this capacity, James has recruited and trained contractors and distributors while promoting energy efficiency programs such as the Rocky Mountain Power wattsmart Business program. Prior to these roles, James gained expertise as a Comfort Designer at Aire Serv, System Advisor at a local HVAC company, Jobsite Supervisor/System Designer at Comfort Tech, and Installation Manager at Service Experts of Utah. James holds education credentials from Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University.
