Laurie Coyle has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Most recently, Laurie worked as the Director of Client Delivery for Resource Innovations. Prior to that, Laurie was the Director of Customer Success at Enel North America, where they developed a new strategy for customer success and managed a team responsible for support and retention. Before that, Laurie held multiple roles at Enel X, including Director of Operations and Senior Manager of Customer Experience. Laurie also had experience at EnerNOC as a Senior Customer Success Operations Manager and Manager of Customer Success. In addition, Laurie has worked as a Research Associate at the Center for Sustainable Enterprise and Regional Competitiveness, and as an Environmental Program Coordinator at Saunders Hotel Group & EcoLogical Solutions. Laurie started their career as a Conference Services Manager at The Charles Hotel and as an Assistant Hotel Manager at PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn.

Laurie Coyle earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Magna cum laude, from The George Washington University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Laurie then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Environmental Management and Finance, achieving Summa cum laude, from UMass Boston, where they attended from 2009 to 2012.
