Ronald Koling

Ronald Koling has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Ronald began their career as a Staff Accountant at McGladrey in 1988. Ronald then worked at International Paper, where they held various roles including Regional Financial Analyst, Plant Controller, Manager of Capital, and Regional Controller.

In 1999, Ronald joined xpedx as a Group Controller, where they led the finance and operations staff of a $300 million packaging distribution business. Ronald managed a team of supervisors across California and Mexico and conducted financial analysis to improve EBIT and ROI performance.
