Luis Gaona

Luis Gaona possesses a diverse background in human resources and member services, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Resource One Credit Union since February 2019. Previously, Luis held roles as a Member Experience Advisor and Member Experience Representative within the same organization. Prior to this, experience as an Accounting Associate at Nogales Produce Inc. from May 2017 to June 2018 was gained. Luis Gaona earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas at Dallas, completing studies between 2019 and 2021.
