Cheryl Kusick

Cheryl Kusick has extensive work experience in operations advisory and management roles. Cheryl currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations Advisory at ReSource Pro, where they have been since 2018. Prior to this, Cheryl held various roles at Voya Financial, including Vice President of Employee Benefits Operations, where they led a large team and implemented innovative technology advancements. Before their time at Voya Financial, Cheryl worked at ING, where they held positions such as Head of Individual Life Customer Service and Director of Individual Life New Business, overseeing various aspects of operations and implementing efficiency improvements.

Cheryl Kusick holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. Cheryl has also obtained a Prosci Change Management/ADKAR Model Certification from Prosci in 2012. Furthermore, they have additional certifications in LOMA - Life Office Management Association FLMI, ACS Designations, and Six-Sigma Executive Greenbelt.
