Frank Phillips

Frank Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning several high-level positions in different companies. Frank started their career at Aon in 1993 as the President & Chief Executive Officer of AIS Management Corporation, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they joined Ryan Specialty Group as the Managing Director, a role they held until 2017. Most recently, Frank became the Vice President at ReSource Pro in May 2019.

Frank Phillips attended Duke University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. Frank later attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1991 to 1992 and obtained a Master of Management degree, specializing in General Management, Marketing, and Finance.
