Manj Sohal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and performance improvement. Currently serving as Vice President of Service Delivery at ReSource Pro since January 2010, Manj has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing Lean initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and customer experience. Previously, as a Performance Improvement Specialist at Alchemy Solutions and Circulation & Distribution Director at Noblesse Ad. & Media Co. Ltd. in Shanghai, Manj achieved significant growth in advertising sales through effective distribution strategies. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Consultant at Big Media Group, focusing on investment opportunities and high-level meetings. Manj holds an LLB in Law from UCL, earned between 1997 and 2000.
