Thomas Quinlan

Director, Service Delivery Operations, US at ReSource Pro

Thomas Quinlan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thomas started their career at EF English First, where they worked as an English Teacher, teaching English and daily conversation skills to both children and adults. Thomas also had the opportunity to teach English to managers at Budweiser China.

Thomas then moved on to the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, where they served as the Evening Volunteer Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for planning activities for children and volunteers, managing and training evening volunteers, and organizing successful fundraisers that raised over $25,000 for hospital programs.

Following their time at the hospital, Thomas joined ReSource Pro. Thomas first served as a Learning and Development Specialist, creating a program to prepare employees for clients' visits to China. Thomas then became the English Program Manager, responsible for building an English program for 1000 employees. Finally, they were promoted to Processing Manager, where they worked closely with clients and their team to improve their business processing functions and manage client relationships.

In 2014, Thomas briefly worked at CNIB as a Manager of Organizational Giving, focusing on fundraising and building relationships with organizations and service clubs.

Thomas returned to ReSource Pro in 2015 as an Operations Consultant, providing consulting services to various clients. Thomas later became a Senior Manager of Client Services, overseeing the client services team. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Service Delivery Operations, leading the US team in delivering exceptional service to clients.

In addition to their professional experience, Thomas pursued an MBA at the Sauder School of Business at UBC from 2012 to 2013. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a track record of leadership, relationship-building, fundraising, and program management.

Thomas Quinlan received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Southern Methodist University in 2006. Thomas then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Product and Service Management from The University of British Columbia, which they completed in 2014.
