Daniel Rutledge

Daniel Rutledge is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Resourcely since October 2023. Previously, Daniel held the same title at Cloudera, where contributions included enhancing systems across security, data governance, and workload management while ensuring feature parity across major cloud platforms. Daniel also worked as a Software Architect at DISCO, revamping document relations systems for high-volume data handling, and was instrumental in launching and scaling backend services for Apple News during a tenure as a Software Engineer at Apple. Earlier internship experiences include positions at Amazon, where Daniel contributed to AWS OpsWorks, and at Pason, where tool development for oil well operators was undertaken. Daniel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin between 2011 and 2014.
