Kim McPherson

Kim McPherson is an experienced property management professional with a diverse background in the real estate sector. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Respage since August 2023, Kim previously held the position of Senior Property Manager at Heritage Property Management from July 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Kim managed properties at Morgan Properties, overseeing both 400 and 200 unit sites from March 2015 to February 2021, and began the career as an Assistant Property Manager. Early roles include positions at Delaware Valley University and Rider University, where responsibilities included Housing Coordinator and Residence Hall Director, respectively.
