Yolanda Edrington

Yolanda Edrington is an accomplished leader in organizational transformation and community engagement, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Respect Together, where a trauma-informed culture and strategic growth initiatives are prioritized. As a Managing Partner at RALIANCE, Yolanda focuses on creating safe workplaces and advancing policies to combat sexual harassment and misconduct. Through Yolanda Edrington Consulting, expertise is provided in management and communication training across diverse industries. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer of the National Sexual Violence Resource Center and various supervisory positions within health and community service organizations, demonstrating a commitment to advocacy and patient care.
