Eddie Perrault

Eddie Perrault is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in technical support and program management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Specialist at ResponseForce1 Corp. since April 2022, Eddie manages hardware and software systems, including bar code and optical scanners, and oversees WiFi network deployments and documentation. Previous roles include Geek Squad Tech at Best Buy, where Eddie enhanced technician productivity and resolved technical issues, and Senior Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Labor, focusing on system installations and upgrades.
