Michael Terry

Mike Terry has extensive experience in educational leadership and communications, currently serving as Superintendent of Founders Classical Academies at Responsive Education Solutions since March 2015, where responsibilities include driving school enrollment growth and managing stakeholder communications. Previously, Mike held the position of Executive Director at the American Teacher Initiative, focusing on teacher recruitment and training for Founders Classical Academies. Additional roles include Director of Communications at Uplift Education and Director of Growth Strategy and Development at Teach for America. Mike also directed marketing and communications efforts at Allen Academy and has a background in public relations from Greenhill School. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Communications from Wheaton College and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Texas A&M University, as well as certification in English Language Arts from The University of Texas at Dallas.
