Samuel Gonzalez

Samuel Gonzalez has extensive experience in maintenance roles, currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at ResProp Management since May 2020. Prior to this position, Samuel held the role of Maintenance Technician 1 at Richman Property Services from May 2017 to August 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Maintenance Technician at Camden Property Trust from September 2012 to May 2017 and at Nordstrom from January 2009 to September 2012. Samuel began the maintenance career at CBRE, where a tenure as Maintenance Technician lasted from March 2005 to December 2008. Education was completed at Miami High from 1994 to 2000.
